Alignment Intensives

Something isn't feeling quite right. Everything feels out of balance, and you're not sure how to get it back on track. So many problems keep popping up and you feel like you're spending more time putting out fires and playing whack-a-mole with your to do list than actually building your dreams.

I help leaders identify patterns that are out of alignment with their identity, values, and purpose. We all have patterns that serve us well, and those that hold us back. And these patterns can creep into teams, causing disfunction and that out of balance feeling.

In every Alignment Intensive we'll uncover areas of misalignment and use an efficient problem solving framework to create action toward a more aligned future.

Intensives all include a 30-minute planning session and a 30-minute follow up session, scheduled at least 2 days prior to and after your intensive.
